Public Education and Community Risk Reduction Request Form

The North Liberty Fire Department works to coordinate and fulfill requests made by members of our community. To request events like a truck demo, fire station tour, fire and life safety lesson or speaker at an event, please fill out the form below.

We ask for requests to be submitted at least two weeks prior to the desired date. Please allow 2-4 business days for your request to be processed.
